HUMAN RESOURCE DIVISION

Introduction

The Human Resource Division is responsible for recruitment, manpower development and personnel monitoring. It is headed by a director, assisted by an assistant director, and other support staff.

The numerical Strength of the Ministry active workforce is 277 (two hundred seventy seven) employees, divided into two categories:

Monitoring

The Human Resource Division is responsible to conduct regular monitoring exercises of personnel reporting to work to make sure that they perform their required duties assigned to them by their respective supervisors in line with their Term of References in keeping with the Civil Service Standing Orders.
